      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm in Europe, which I also clearly mentioned during my RMA request.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received an RMA nr. and everything related to shipping the damn broken arlo unit to netgear,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but NOWHERE does it even show or mention what the address to ship it to is.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is so typical of netgear support, it's like they've never looked at their product with the eyes of the user, sorry, it really is.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have they even TRIED sending in a broken unit themselves once?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WHERE DO I SEND IT TO?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Freaking fools..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
