Are you using the same email address on both units?

What phone are you using?

Did someone else, (wife or friend), set up the Arlo on their primary account? If so they need to grant you access to you.

More details are needed. What do you mean by "WiFi box"? What are the LEDs on the base showing?

I couldn't tell if he/she was talking about the LEDs on his router or the base station. I am assuming the router would have more LEDs then three.
