So, if the cameras are mounted where they are difficult to get to&amp;nbsp; you might just want to stay with the original type batteries&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Brian&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Yes, the battery&amp;nbsp;algorithm has been set for both OEM 3v cells and 3.7v li-ion rechargeables&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The lower mahr rating of rechargables ( about 750 vs OEM 1500 ) mean they don't last as long in most conditions....&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;BUT, in &lt;U&gt;heavy usage&lt;/U&gt; the rechargables will out record in time over OEM...while in &lt;U&gt;low usage&lt;/U&gt; the OEM will last longer&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;BTW, 3 v OEM cells should read 3.2v when new&lt;/P&gt;
