    <description>&lt;P&gt;What have you tried? What do you see? While it counbe a hardware problem, I would try removing all devices from Settings, My Devices and start fresh. Use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to add the base and sync the cameras. And don't forget you have a 1 year warranty. Dunno why folks don't use that to get things fixed - just use the Contact Support link at the bottom here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;when we first acquired these cameras, they worked very well, but when the updates began, until the last one these cameras remain offline all the time so we stopped using them, losing the investment, there is no way to keep them online&lt;/P&gt;</description>
