Okay I'll look into stringify. Ifttt didn't work. I tried to create an applet that does what I'm asking. It's not supported.

I was curious if there was a way to have Arlo alert my Google home when it detects motion. I don't have the siren hub and turn my phone on vibrate at night. So I would like Arlo to have Google make some sort of notification sound when motion is detected to wake me up. Any suggestions or ideas and products to make this feature work?

Have you got a Smartthings hub?

You should look into Stringify. I don't have a google home yet, but I am pretty sure it can do that. IFTTT can probably do it as well.

No I do not. And Ifttt does not support it. Do you think the hub would allow it.

Yes, you could do it and much more with a smartthings hub.

Alternatively, and this is what I have done, is at night, my phone automatically goes into Do Not Disturb mode but I have an exception for the Arlo app so I still get an audible notification if one specific camera detects motion (as set by the mode)
