    <description>&lt;P&gt;I believe that the Vat number is your credit card number or information. At one time Arlo only allowed one to use certain Mastercard and Visa credit cards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Secondly the country you are in may not be set up yet&amp;nbsp;with Arlo to accept payments. Also be sure that the credit card's info matches the info in your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My post is a start. You can google your question. I have seen several posts on that subject. Try contacting support at the link below and let them know your info including the country you live in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Brian&lt;/P&gt;</description>
