Moving home- leaving equipment behind

Planning on moving house and not taking our Arlo equipment with us. Is it possible to transfer the base station etc to a completely new user (i.e. the new home owner)?

The agents suggested that a "smart home" could be a selling factor so recommended we leave the equipment as part of the sale but that only works if the new buyer can use it.

Yes....

Go into YOUR account and use REMOVE device on all the cameras....

Then after all cams deleted, Use REMOVE DEVICE on the BASE unit...

Leave all the docs and the new owner will have to start a new account like you did back when.

If you don't delete the base , the thing is useless as they will not be able to claim it.

PS.. pull batteries from cams if time is going to be long without usage
