Battery Drain Arlo Wireless Camera

Does having motion detection on when a camera is switched off increase battery drain for that camera. In other words, is motion detection turned off automatically for a particular camera when the camera is switched off? Thanks.

There is TURNING OFF the camera in settings... this is more for a privacy issue ( like a bedroom, esp if sharing )

There is the DISARM mode... It puts the cam to sleep.

Both still use almost no power

The only place I see for turning on the disarm mode is in the settings for the base station. Is there a way to disarm individual cameras? Thanks.

You can either use Settings, My Devices, your camera, On/Off to use the privacy switch for individual cameras or create a custom mode if you're going to need this on a regular basis. You can then schedule the mode, too.
