new setup NO cameras found in mode

I have successfully installed the cameras on my Arlo base. Nothing is found in the mode page. It is empty. Thus no recording as rules cannot be set. I have tried with iOS and android. I have switch off the base unit - no help. No success. Any suggestions to solve this?

Your base is not shown? Cameras aren't seen in the Mode tab, just the base. Once you select your base, you then see your modes. In your modes are rules for each camera.

I do see the base in the mode window. Even if I tap it nothing appears. No cameras shown. When I get into the mode page I can see a blink of another page underneath but it disappers immediately. So it is all empty.

I would punt and do a factory reset. Remove all devices in Settings, My Devices and start fresh. Use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to add the base and sync the caameras. Update firmware if notified. Any difference?
