Arlo Camera showing static

Not sure what happened but recently my Arlo camera started to show static. It was working prior just fine until yesterday it was brought to my attention that it was displaying a scrambled picture. I have not made any changes to our network so i'm not quite sure what is causing the issue. As you can see, my other camera, which is an Arlo Pro, is working just fine.

Try and reset the camera by pulling and replacing batteries

No, changing out the batteries and resyncing did not help. I'm still getting a scrambled signal. Not sure what else to try.

If moving the camera closer to the base doesn't help, open a case with support here.

where do i open the case? when i reset the camera it was right next to the base with the same result.

Nevermind I was able to submit a case. Thanks for suggestions.
