      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not sure what happened but recently my Arlo camera started to show static.&amp;nbsp; It was working prior just fine until yesterday it was brought to my attention that it was displaying a scrambled picture.&amp;nbsp; I have not made any changes to our network so i'm not quite sure what is causing the issue.       <description>&lt;P&gt;No, changing out the batteries and resyncing did not help.&amp;nbsp; I'm still getting a scrambled signal.&amp;nbsp; Not sure what else to try.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;where do i open the case?&amp;nbsp; when i reset the camera it was right next to the base with the same result.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
