Existing working arlo, been working fur a year.

All of a sudden now app and website states not online, but weirdly internet light says it is, but camera light has gone off?

The camera normally does not have an LED showing. If there's no indication of life, have you verified that the batteries are good?

Sorry I meant base station camera light isn't lit.

Same answer for starters - if the batteries are dead, there's no Camera LED on the base. You can also try removing the camera from Settings, My Devices and resyncing it if the batteries are known good.

What are the other LEDs on the base showing? Have you tried restarting the base?

Power light on, internet light on, camera light off.

But when I try to remote to it, it states it doesn't have internet.

Yes powered it off and in.

I think a reset is next

The reset is a strong possibility but have you tried a camera resync first?
