I just received my Arlo system and when I went to the cloud storage plan I selected the free seven day version. It stated that the support was for 3 months. Does this mean my free cloud storage ends at 3 months and I must purchase a paid plan? There was no definition of what exactly support is.

no, the free 7 day storage continues forever. There used to be a 1GB cap on the free storage. They dropped the cap some time back but some documentation still mentions it.

Additionally, there's no 3 month limit on free support.
