No motion test feature and not detecting motion

The Arlo app on my pc and Ipad do not give the motion test features and my Arlo doesn't detect motion at all!!!

What mode do you have set for your system? Try using the default "Armed" mode and test your cameras to see if motion is detected.

Motion detection test can be found under Settings > My Devices > select the desired camera > Motion Detection Test. Keep in mind this will not produce a recording when testing for motion detection.
