    <description>Mine still showing offline after power cycling again for the 5th time and still showing amber light on base station for internet connection..I'm talking to tech on phone and he acts like he doesn't know about system wide outage..my also shows offline on internet browser login thur my pc ..</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just changed my modem and now my base won't connect via ethernet cable.&amp;nbsp; My power light is green, but my internet light is amber. I'm not sure what to do at this&amp;nbsp; point.&amp;nbsp; I did a factory reset and light is still amber.&amp;nbsp; What can I try now?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Arlo cameras go offline</title>

      <description>My system is more than 1 yr old but less than 2. The cameras about a month ago keep going offline. I've reset the cameras multiple times, reset the base station, updated all the software, and changed all the batteries.&lt;BR /&gt;Any ideas since I'm out of warranty? Should I buy a new base station? It's probably more cost effective to scrap the whole system and start over. Ashamed that the whole system breaks down after a year.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any advice?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a problem with cameras going offline and being hard to sync. I moved my base station about a foot further away from my wifi router and it fixed it. I've said it to a few people now and it's worked too. I'm guessing there was some interference going on. Worth a try&lt;/P&gt;</description>
