Arlo base won't connect to internet

I have tried resetting and it has not work. I have left it there more than 30 min to see if maybe it would connect, tried diffrent ports and nothing has work. I need help ASAP!!

There's an Arlo Server problem at the moment. Netgear know about it and are working on a fix
