      <description>&lt;P&gt;VMS3330- I cannot get the station to connect to the internet. It shows offline. I have tried EVERYTHING! Just got this thing and it doesn't work. HELP Please&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Appears that the servers couldn't take all that blackfriday load and are down. Sure hope that they at least are prepared for the cybermonday returns. At this rate most of the units will be returned by Monday.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As you may have seen, we have posted an&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.netgear.com/t5/Arlo-Stories/RESOLVED-Some-Arlo-Base-Station-reporting-as-Offline/m-p/1436993#M10" target="_blank"&gt;update&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;that this issue should now be resolved. We will continue to provide updates to that discussion as they become available. However, if you are still&amp;nbsp;experiencing&amp;nbsp;any issues related to the Base Station offline issue please feel free to&amp;nbsp;reach out to me via private&amp;nbsp;message and I'll be happy to continue troubleshooting this issue until it is resolved.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
