Arlo camera will not power up. after battery change

I change dthe batteries in all my cameras today and one will not power back on. When I close the cover, the light flashes but then goes dark. I replaced the (new) batteries with another set of new batteries but it still will not power on. The other cameras work just fine.

HW Version - H7

Serial Number - 4N71677FD69E3

Firmware - 1.2.11810

Take the batteries out of a camera that works. Put them in this camera. Close the battery compartment. What does the LED on the front do and what color is it?

Did that, light came on for a mement, the went dark, same as he other new batteries. Light was blue.

When I go to devices, it says the camera is "Linked to Base Station" but the batteries are dead. (cit's time to change your batteries, red battery in console)

Power cycle the base to see if that helps.
