      <title>looking to raise a support request for my arlo camera</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am looking to raise a support request for my arlo camera covered under warranty til Oct'18. I have put the request through via site multiple times but I have not recieved any response in more than 4 weeks. How do I claim my support under warranty?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is the reponse I get after submitting request:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you using the options found when using the Contact Support link at the bottom here?&amp;nbsp; Some folks have gotten snookered into using bogus sites found using an Internet search instead.&amp;nbsp; Did you get a case number?&amp;nbsp; If so, PM&amp;nbsp;@JamesC with it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
