ARLO not recording when motion is detected-settings are correct

One of my three regular Arlo cameras do not record upon seeing motion. I get notification of motion but no recording is registered. I did try to record manually, and it worked and registered in the history. I have tried changing the setting to no record and saved it and then changed it back to record and saved it. No change. What am I missing or need to do?

First two things to try;

1) reboot the came by opening and pulling battery then replace.

2) reboot base via the power button ( off - on )
