    <description>Recently my internet got disconnected at home and ever since then in my Arlo app the mode has disappeared and view from camera. I re-synced everything, my account and camera info is on the app just fine and the base and camera are synced fine. Just no MODE or camera view on app.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;two things to try, one at a time;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Reboot the base unit by the power botton ( off- on )&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Uninstall the app and reinstall on phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hello and thanks for the response. I️ tried both rebooting the base, removing the app and then re-installing.i had no problem syncing the 2 but my app is still showing no “mode” options or a camera picture.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You may need to reset (NOT restart) the system and start fresh. First, try using abrowser to see what happens.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
