Arlo cannot select Geofencing

Hello,

I've just added the wife to our Arlo account/phone too Iphone8

I can't seem to add her to Geofencing, there is the option under the "Mode" tab, but I can't even enable it. I've also tried to do this under my Main account login and I can't even click it on or off...

Under the app on her phone we don't even have the option for geofencing at all. But we do have the option under her login on pc, we just cant click on that option..

Geofencing can't be controlled from your PC, only via the mobile app.
Log into your wife's Arlo app with your account details first. This will kick you out of your app / web access if you're in that at the time. Try enable her phone as a device in there. Then log out of her app and get her to enter her credentials into her app. Then log into your phone app with your credentials and see if she's there
