Just 48hrs ago the light decided to just turn off. We re-set the base station and still not results for all green lights. After listening to other community members who have problems with their base station&nbsp; they suggested to remove app and re-install again.We proceeded to this step. Now we do not know how to re-install our app again as there is no link to allow us to do so.
