    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have seen utube camera hacks but that would void the warranty and water resistant for the camera. &amp;nbsp;I think many people wanted a external power options and Negear put it in the Arlo Pro 1 &amp;amp; 2 camera with the usb connection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No. The original wire free camera does not have an external power socket..&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You cam always purchase an Arlo Pro or Pro 2 which will work with your&amp;nbsp;existing base and those cameras cam be run off external power.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
