Is it possibile to use the cam only connecting it to an elettric socket and don’t use her batteries?

No. The original wire free camera does not have an external power socket..

You cam always purchase an Arlo Pro or Pro 2 which will work with your existing base and those cameras cam be run off external power.

I have seen utube camera hacks but that would void the warranty and water resistant for the camera. I think many people wanted a external power options and Negear put it in the Arlo Pro 1 & 2 camera with the usb connection.
