topic Arlo connection with base lost a few hours after installing charged batteries in Arlo

I have several Arlo cameras set up outside around my home. The original batteries in my front porch camera expired, and I replaced them with 4 rechargable batteries. The front porch camera works perfectly right after installing the charged batteries, but within a few hours the base station connection is lost. It almost seems like the batteries are losing power and leading to the connection being lost. I have the rechargeable batteries in other cameras and they are working fine. All my other cameras are working fine. Any thoughts as to why my front porch camera is disconnecting from the base station so quickly?

Pull the batteries and check them with a voltmeter. They should be as much as 4.2v or as little as 3.5v (dead). If good, replace them without pushing them down - let the battery door do the pushing.

If still an issue, swap cameras around to verify that it's the camera or position.
