    <description>&lt;P&gt;Moved to new house. When trying to restart, keep getting message "Your Arlo device apperas offline". Power and Internet lights green on base.&amp;nbsp; Camera light will go green briefly when I try to sync either camera then goes amber. Have put in new batteries in camera.&amp;nbsp; Have powered off several times and tried to re-sync.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Weird. Do a full base factory reset. Go into the app and remove all your devices. Then hold the base reset button in with a paper clip until the power light flashes amber. This should probably take around 10s. Then wait for the power and internet lights to go green. Then log into your app again and add your devices back&lt;/P&gt;</description>
