arlo is off and the mode is all grey...what does that mean?

By the mode being gray, do you mean the running men in the Devices tab or are you in the Mode tab and can't select a mode?

In the devices tab... it says

"Your Arlo device appears offline

Please make sure it is powered on and connected to the Internet."

i already reset internet and router

there is no running man and in the Device

In the mode setting everything is grey and cant select anything

Ya gotta give us a chance here. We don't live and die for this forum.

It doesn't sound like you restarted your base. Do that first. If that fixes things, check your firmware versions against what's listed in the Release Notes section here. Old firmware can cause weird problems. What are the LEDs on the base showing? Should be 3 green ones.
