HELP PLEASE!!!4 DAYS. i HAVe 2 cameras that are not recording #2 and #4. #3 has no batteries and should not be recording, but when call MY ARLO shows an old pic when removing batteries. Camera's 2 and 4 have been stating off line for four days now. Camera 1 works fine. I have confirmed my email and changed password. My cell will not show either. HELP, I need the security for deranged neighbor harrassment(along with his pit bulls running around)

What model cameras do you have? Do they take batteries?

It sounds like the cameras could be offline due to depleted batteries. Are you able to change the batteries and test again?
