The cameras keeps detecting motion

Help, I have an Arlo I moved from outside to inside and it keeps recording due to none
existent motion. Outside I thought it was the sun that kept it detecting motion but that is not the case. Kept getting notifications during the night time. I also just had to show off a few other cameras because of the sunshine. I tried removing the camera from the system and then rethinking it, that did not help

Take the camera and pull batteries and replace... Place it in a room with no activity facing a wall a few feet away.

See if it continues to set off false alerts

If it does, you should check the sense levels and if good, then use REMOVE DEVICE and bring back as new...

if issue continues still I would contact Netgear Support

As a PS... spider webs set my cam off for a while till I clean them off outside, just something else

I did all of that. It is inside the house on a table, no spiders!

Then open a case with support, as suggested previously.
