I have same problem with night vision and it seems a lot of money wasted and I also cannot afford to have them stolen from outside unless there is a good way to fix them securely please?

Also can someone tell me if the feed is automatically sent to cloud?

Someone persuaded me to buy them but I'm not that techno though I have connected them and setthem up but pointless if I cannot see at night!

Thank you for any help provided! 😀

What same problem?

Take the camera into a dark room and verify that you see the dull red IR illuminators when motion is detected. If so, does the video look ok? If so, it may be the positioning and/or distance that's the issue. Using the library, view a daytime and nighttime video, use the Sahring icon and copy and paste the links here so we can see what you're trying to accomplish.
