    <description>&lt;P&gt;If turning your modem, router and base and restarting them in that order, allowing each to fully initialize before going to the next device, doesn't help, open a case with support.&amp;nbsp; Be sure to also try a different Ethernet cable and router port.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Base station offline getting green amber green LED</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have tried resetting unplugging base station but still getting green amber green. the system will stop working then a day or so later will start working again. the will stop again after a day or so. Any help????&lt;/P&gt;
