&lt;P&gt;Have you tried both the app and a browser to gain access? That sometimes helps.&amp;nbsp; Additionally, especially for remote locations, a UPS and maybe a WiFi switch such as a WeMo can help.&amp;nbsp; The UPS prevents power from glitching or being lost for most cases and a switch can cut power to the base so you can remotely power cycle the base.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My camera's are at another location.&amp;nbsp; When I try to log in to camera it takes awhile then says camera not available or it has timed out.&amp;nbsp; Can I reboot from my location?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
