Verify your various firmware versions with what's listed in the Firmware Release Notes section here.&amp;nbsp; If all fails, you may be able to swap at the store or open a case withsupport here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>one camera works and the other still does not work</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;One of the camara keep pop up with a message Device Offline.&amp;nbsp; Sometime it works for less than a minute, then the message pop up again.&amp;nbsp; Every time the front red lights of camara (sensor) stay on and does not turn off.&amp;nbsp; I restarted the system, turn off back on, check the battery even change new one.&amp;nbsp; I go online and follow instruction again and again but still one camera works and the other still does not work.&amp;nbsp; Spend over 2 frustrating hours, please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
