How did you perform the password change? A simple password change does only that, this would not result in a new account being created or a reset of any system settings.

All working fine until I had to change my password. As soon as I did that, it set me up like a new customer. Said I need to set up base and all cameras so I cannot see motion video being recorded. My location is remote (5 hour drive) so not easy to just go to site and work on. Why would a password reset change any of my settings, camera sync or access to what I had before? Frustrating.

Thanks James. That is why I am puzzled. I could not get into the account, requested a password change via the link at sign-in. It sent me to make the change, which I did. I went to sign in and it did with the new password but everything was gone. No cameras linked, etc. Put me in the "set up a camera" phase. Agree completely that nothing should have changed but it did and I do not know why and cannot "go back".

Does anyone else have access to the account? Are you noticing any odd behavior now that you've changed your password?
