How do I update the most recent camera firmware?

I have 3 arlo cameras that have been out of service with no batteries for more than 2 months...how do I update those cameras with the most recent Arlo camera firmware? Any info is appreciated...thank you.

once you have them back on your base station they should either update immediately or overnight.
