    <description>&lt;P&gt;The 10 gigs data storage and alert features stopped after 15 minutes of usage. &amp;nbsp;My profile shows that I purchased 10 gigs per 30 days for up to 10 cameras, but the system will not allow a single camera to operate for more than 15 minutes. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The online support was useless and is only a FAQ by produt with no category for the cloud storage. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The phone "support" tech repeated "Sorry we cant help you" twice and hung up on me. &amp;nbsp;I had left messages at the number but no one returned my call. &amp;nbsp;After repeated attempst I reached someont who appeared more interested in where I found the number (1-600 973-2044 on google) than solving my problem. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will be returing the device to Best Buy and never using Arlo again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;What is occurring that indicates the system no longer works after 15 minutes? Are you seeing any error messages?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It sounds like the system may not be armed, are you using the default Armed mode or a custom mode?&lt;/P&gt;
