The camera in my mother's bedroom consistently goes off-line, at least every week or so. It is also the camera that frequently does not record her movements. I cannot figure out why that keeps happening and what I should do to prevent it in the future. Any assistance is much appreciated!

swap one of the good cameras in its place to help determine if the issue is with the cam or the location
