    <description>Success! Thank you. Finally a ticket has been created. I fixed the issue by deactivating the bad camera, buying a new one, and replacing the defective camera.</description>

      <description>Is the arlo site being redone? I'm clicking on warranty and support links only to be brought to the screenshot every time.
