Hello ArloNewbie,

The Arlo serial number should automatically be discovered and populate in the "Base Station Serial Number" field. Please make sure you are registering the Arlo system while connected to the same LAN network as the base station. Perez,

To add your base station back to your account, log in to your Arlo account and click "Add Device". Follow the on screen prompts.

Be sure that the device you are using is on the same network as the base station.
