From the 'Devices' screen where I can see what each camera is viewing, I click on the 'gear' icon to go into the settings for that camera. From there, Iclick on 'Video Settings', then at the bottom where I should be able to move the slider between 'Best Video' and 'Best battery life', I am unable to move the slider because it's grayed out.
