    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello We are trying to setup anew ARLO wireless camera withe the netgear router that is also new. It came as a kit together. we follwed the instructions and plugged the router into the main router for our internet provided by verison. we downloaded the app and the ap can not find the devies. we have tried many times and also tried on a computer but still it does not find anything. we reset the netgear router provided in the setup kit but the lights do not flash amber as the instructions say it shou.d we pressed the sync and rest button together for well over 10 seconds but still no change. any ideas?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Plug the Arlo base into your main router from Verizon. Turn it on. Wait for the Power LED to go green (it can take a while. Wait for the internet LED to go green. Then try with the computer or with your phone app with your phone connected to the Verizon router. See how you get on&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you need to try a reset, the current process is to use only the reset button until the LEDs flash amber.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
