      <title>VMS3330-100NAS  there was a problem establishing a connection to the media SERVER</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm getting this message lately (days/weeks). Camera is still reporting activity sometimes but I CAN NOT GO LIVE. I just get this message. Makes the cameras near worthless.After I get this and try again, sometimes it gives the same message and othertimes it just does nothing or says "timeout". Either way, I CAN NOT GO LIVE lately. What's wrong with your servers, ARLO - and when can we count on them?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There was an issue that a small number of users were experiencing yesterday that resulted in a similar behavior. Engineering has since resolved the issue, are you still experiencing this today? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
