Hi,

I like doing DIY Home Automation and came across the Openhab open source software for your home.

I am in the process of installing and setting up Openhab. Does anyone use Openhab with Arlo? Please share any suggestions or tips.

Arlo has already partnered with Wink, SmartThings, IFTTT, Stringify, and Telguard. We are continuously working on additional partnerships and integrations to widen the options for you to use your Arlo devices in even more Smart Home environments.

Take a look toward the bottom of our website under "Our Partners": Arlo by NETGEAR. As more integrations take place, the list there will be updated to reflect current partnerships with Arlo.

I just started to use IFTTT and like the recipes but I like using my own servers because Wink and other hubs have security risk which I don't want on my network.
