We already authenticate to login to our phones, so why repeat the process to access the aro app on my iphone? While your Arlo system and App is well thought out, the requirement to reathenticate each time we open the Arlo App is redundant, and a cause of annoyance and frustration everytime it is used. This feeling takes away from the otherwise positive user experience of Netgear products. Please rethink and remediate.

Consider turning off Touch Id in your Arlo mobile app settings. This will allow the app to automatically sign in as long as you do not explicitly log out. Take a look here for more information: How do I use iPhone fingerprint authentication to automatically log in to my Arlo app?
