Alert ping sound has stopped on my iPhone, but is working on my wife's

Just installed a 3-camera system and it is working fine, but on my iPhone the warning alert sound , which had been working, no longer has a sound, whereas my wife's is till pinging.

I ass-u-me that you checked your phone's notification volume? A reboot of the phone may be in order as well as an app reinstall.

Jguerdat, reboot and app uninstall/reinstall did not work! Volume is good on all other apps. I couldn't find a specific volume control for Arlo alerts. The library event numbering works.

Any other thoughts?

I suppose it could!d be devices dependent. Which phone and OS version are you using?

I have tested this on multiple iOS devices and was able to receive alerts. As jguerdat suggests above, are you on the latest iOS version on your device? What iOS model/version are you using?
