Turn the camera back on

I went to mode to turn camera back on but it does not permit me to do so.

The camera on/off switch is under device settings, not mode. Mode merely changes the mode

I had tried that as well. My router had to be rebooted. That enabled me to make the selection to turn the camera back on.
