False alert when logging in

When the system is enabled (alarm set) I often (say weekly) receive a false alert when logging in to either check status or to disable alarm. Although the alert tends to be from one camera it has occurred on the other cameras.

Consider a base station reboot (using the on-off button). Allow the base station to come back online and test again. Do you still see the same behavior?

It was reset a few months ago and the alerts continued.

But I'll give it a try again.

It may take a few weeks before concluding anything.
