    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am frustrated as ever. I tried installing my moms two new cameras ARLO /NETGEAR and im not sure why everything seems to work as instructed EXCEPT for I am unable to see the camera on her phone or Computer ?? She has an iphone 4 . &amp;amp; her computer is a a DELL . I could NOT access the cameras on her IPAD either ?? what'sup with this ? I have tried logging into other computers and still NOT able to see cameras . The sync looks successful but when I click on devices NOTHING comes up ?? CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE ? thanks in advance . I ahve followed ALL the steps for hours stuill not success with this ??&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What's happening with LEDs on the base and the camera when you go through the sync process. Color and blinking speed-wise&lt;/P&gt;</description>
