    <description>&lt;P&gt;-Tried updating the base with cameras synced.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Shut off base station. Turned back on and tried to update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Rebooted base station, then tried to update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Waited over night to see if it would update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Disconnected cameras, tried to update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Disconnected cameras tried to reboot, then update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Turned off base station. No cameras attached. Turned back on. Tried to update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Disarmed base station.&amp;nbsp; No cameras attached.&amp;nbsp; Tried to update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Deactivated base station.&amp;nbsp; Disconnected from router. Turned it off. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Re-installed it, then tried to update before syncing cameras. Numerous times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Restarted base station.&amp;nbsp; Still no cameras synced. Tried to update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Synced cameras back in.&amp;nbsp; Tried to update.&amp;nbsp; Numerous times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All above attempts have failed to update the base station firmware.&amp;nbsp; Where do I go from here?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;BTW, slow Internet access can cause this. What are your speeds as measured by speedtest.net?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You may be right. &amp;nbsp;I'm not sure what's considered reasonable for internet speeds...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Download 1.30 mbs&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Upload 3.26 mbps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Latency 43 ms&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;...but these are variable when testing a few times. &amp;nbsp;This is a small business.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should I try&amp;nbsp;hooking the base up at home and see if I can load the update? &amp;nbsp;Not sure my home speed is any better.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
