Cameras set up under my email but they are offline

My husband set up the cameras and it looks like they are under my email and name but they are offline and I'm not sure what to do to put them back online

take the cameras and attempt to resync to the base as if new

Also you may need to turn the base off and back on.

We need more information to determine why the cameras are offline. What is the LED behavior on the cameras? What is the LED behavior on your base station? In your Arlo account, what do you see when you navigate to Settings > My Devices?
