Device tells me to install new battery's, I put new batteries in but does not show full strength, stills states I need to install new battery....is there something I need to reset to show I installed the new battery

shouldnt be necessary. Any chance your new batteries werent new? or were put in wrong way? Also don't force down but let closing the battery cover seat them.

Also try restarting your base station in case thats where the problem lies.

Same problem here, new batteries but shows replace (0%). The batteries work fine in another camera, but no matter what vatteries i try, that work in the other cameras, it shows 0%. What do you mean restarting the base? Unplugging and then plugging it in again?

yes, unplugging, waiting a minur, then plugging the base back in is restarting the base.
